By using Plein Air Québec, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Acceptance
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms. H1 Site reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Use of the service
You agree to: • Use the site in accordance with applicable laws. • Not disrupt the service (abusive scraping, attacks, etc.). • Provide honest contributions (spot suggestions, photos, reviews). • Not impersonate another person. Abusive use may result in account suspension.
3. User content
By submitting content (photo, suggestion, comment), you guarantee that you are the author or have the necessary rights. You grant Plein Air Québec a non-exclusive license to display your content on the site. You can remove it at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.
4. Liability
Plein Air Québec provides information "as is" with no warranty. We do our best to ensure the data is accurate (MFFP regulations, spot coordinates, etc.), but you are responsible for verifying current regulations with official authorities before each outing.
5. Disclaimer — boating safety
Information about water bodies, routes, difficulty levels, conditions and put-ins is provided for guidance only. Kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding involve risks. You are solely responsible for your own safety: wear a personal flotation device (PFD), check the weather and water conditions, follow Transport Canada regulations, and never attempt an outing beyond your skill level. Plein Air Québec cannot be held liable for any accident or damage occurring during an outing.
6. Service modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Montreal district.
